Buying Online Book online in real time with 1st 4 London Theatre Tickets. Just click on the title of an event featured or use the search engine to find an event you want to go to. Then follow the booking process to buy your tickets securely, online using your credit card or switch card.
Privacy Policy When you book with us we will ask for your name, address, credit card details and telephone number and e-mail address. This allows us to fulfil your ticket request and track your order and contact you regarding your booking.

No personal information provided by you will be used for marketing purposes unless you agree to the data protection statement when completing a booking.

  2. Select the date you would like to go
  3. Choose the number of tickets your require
  4. Choose your preferred ticket price and seating area
  5. Provide your postcode, name and address
  6. Provide your payment details
Confirmation will appear on screen and an email will be sent to you to confirm your booking.

You can track the progress of your ticket by using the ticket tracker.

If you choose to have tickets posted they will normally be delivered at least seven days before the event to the address supplied. Anything booked within 7 days of the performance will be available for collection at the venue from an hour before the advertised start time.

Orders from outside the UK
If you are ordering tickets from outside the UK you will be able to collect your tickets from the performance venue on the day of the performance. Tickets are not delivered to addresses outside the UK.

What charges are included with the ticket price when I book with you?  
All prices are inclusive of VAT, all bookings may incur an additional booking fee and a post and packaging charge. These charges are clearly laid out when you select the type of ticket you require.

Refunds Can I exchange or get a refund on my tickets? 
Because of the rules set down by the producers, promoters and venues that host our events, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for event tickets. Click here for our full terms and conditions for event tickets.

Cancellation of tickets for travel is governed by the booking conditions, conditions of carriage or other terms and conditions of supply of the relevant tour operator, carrier or supplier. Click here for our full terms and conditions for travel.

Cancellations  What happens if the event I am attending is cancelled?  
We will attempt to contact you via 'phone or post depending on how far in advance the show has been cancelled. You will then have the option of a full refund or tickets for any new dates on offer. If you have any queries you can e-mail us.

Terms and Conditions Tickets bookings made on 1st 4 London Theatre Tickets are through our partner First Call Group Limited and are subject to their terms and conditions below.

Bookings are made through First Call Group Limited, company number 2646560, whose registered office is at Ocean House, Hazelwick Avenue, Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1NP (First Call). Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. 

First Call acts as an agent only and has no control over the event.

Tickets are sold subject to the Rules and Regulations of the event organiser / venue which are available on request. The event organiser / venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.

Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk.

If the ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than First Call, the event organiser / venue or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue. 

All prices which are displayed show separately the face value of the tickets, any applicable booking fees and any applicable dispatch/handling charges. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Where First Call has arrangements for tickets and/or information to be supplied to you by a third party but you purchase your ticket(s) from First Call's web-site, you will be subject to that third party's terms and conditions. As these may supplement, conflict or be inconsistent with First Call's terms and conditions, we will make it clear to you before you make the booking that other terms and conditions apply and give you the opportunity to read them. You should therefore ensure that you have read and are willing to accept these other terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase.
